SALE SCHEDULE:
Wednesday, December 17th
All cattle will be on the sale site for viewing.

Friday, December 19th
8:30 a.m. Collegiate Judging Contest
There will not be a 4-H Contest after lunch, all 4-H and FFA members are welcome to judge in the College Contest.
12:00 noon - Hamburger will be served.
3:30 p.m. Judging Contest Awards - Featuring the presentation of the Farrells Trailers to the High Senior College and Junior College Teams and over $1500 awarded in premiums.
Hamburgers and refreshments will be served all day and evening.

Saturday, December 20th
8:00 p.m. Coffee and Donuts - Exposure Sale Site
11:00 a.m. Lunch service begins

12:30 p.m. The 11th Exposure Female Sales

ABSENTEE BIDDING:
If you will not be present for the sale and would like to bid on some of the lots, our sale staff would be glad to bid on these lots for you. This year internet bidding will be made available through liveauctions.tv. Please pre-register at liveauctions.tv as soon as possible. There will not be a conference line at this years sale, but you can talk to Christy and leave private bids or ask for someone to call you during the auction.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
It is recommended that you reserve rooms as early as possible. ** You MUST ask for the Exposure Rate & Block

Hampton Inn - $99.00 - Cut Off Date November 28th - 405-743-1306 - They will honor the $99 rate if you ask for the Exposure Rate per Pam after Nov. 28th.

LOCATION of the SALE FACILITY:

The new Exposure sale facility is located on Hwy 51 approximately 7-8 miles east of Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Look for the Exposure sign on the south side of the road.
- If you are coming in from Oklahoma City, take I-35 north out of OKC approximately 40 miles until you come to the Stillwater exit (Hwy 51) Proceed through Stillwater headed east and go about 7 to 8 miles east of town. The sale site sits just off the hwy on the south side of the road.
- If you are coming in from Tulsa, take Hwy 51 west out of Tulsa (follow the Stillwater signs). You will come to the sale facility on Hwy 51 before you get to Stillwater.

TRUCKING AND DELIVERY:
The sale staff will make every attempt to group and ship the cattle in the quickest and most cost effective way. We are estimating that we can ship cattle from $100 to $250 to all points except for extreme east or west locations. When you register at the sale or on the phone please give us any hauling information that you have. If you need assistance, or if you would be willing to haul cattle, please let the sale clerk know. Someone will contact you Saturday night or Sunday morning with the information.

JUDGING CONTEST:
Pre registration is not required. Registration will start at 7:30 a.m. There will not be a 4-H contest this year, but all 4-H or FFA members are welcome to judge in the College Contest starting at 8:30 a.m. For more information on the contest contact Shellie Collins 580-305-7751 or Jake Franke 806-683-3285.
